Former U.N. Ambassador Richard Holbrooke Delivers Democratic Radio Address

Former Ambassador to the United Nations Richard Holbrooke delivers the Democratic radio address this week. In light of British Prime Minister Tony Blair's announcement that Great Britain will begin to redeploy its troops out of Iraq, Holbrooke urges President Bush to follow suit and provide a new strategy in Iraq, calling for a "new diplomatic offensive" in the region.
